Generating a Report

We have provided a basic reports module that will display information either daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom date range for the following:

  • Total Cost of Sales
  • Total Cost of Expenditure
  • Total Number of Orders
  • Top Selling Product
  • Most Popular Flower

When have included an “Employee” tick-box as shown in the picture below.  This can be selected for “Total Cost of Sales” or “Total Number of Orders

Generating a Report

To generate a report perform the following steps:

  • Select which report you would like from the drop-down menu
  • Select the date period.  Custom means you can define your own date range.
  • Select “Employee” if you would employee information on “Total Cost of Sales” or “Total Number of Orders
  • Click “Generate Report

The following example report was generated for “Total Cost of Sales” for the month of “October 2017” and the “Include Employee” option was also selected.

Exporting a Report

Once you have generated your report, you can either export it as “PDF” or “CSV“.  For viewing the document as “PDF” will you require an appropriate viewer such as “Adobe Acrobat Reader” which can be downloaded from free from the following location: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/.  For “CSV” exports which stands for “Comma Separated Values“, you will require an application such as Microsoft Excel or similar.

PDF Export

To export to PDF, once you have generated your report, click the green “PDF” button.  Your report can be found in “Downloads” if using a Windows PC.  For other operating systems such as Linux or MacOS, the download locations maybe different.

CSV Export

To export to CSV, once you have generated your report, click the green “CSV” button.  Your report can be found in “Downloads” if using a Windows PC.  For other operating systems such as Linux or MacOS, the download locations maybe different.
