Within the My Office menu of the back-office we have provided a “Contacts” database which allows you to store all of your various contacts as defined below. Note: this will be enhanced in future releases of the software to be a full CRM.
Suppliers – These are businesses that supply either products or services that are consumed by your business as an expenditure. These can be wholesale businesses, insurance companies, garages/gas stations that supply fuel, commercial property businesses for shop rental etc..
Account Customers – Account Customers are generally local businesses that order products or services and pay through invoicing either on a weekly, monthly, or predefined period agreed with the florist. Account Customers generally recieve their products and services in advance of payment.
Customers – this is the general public who have placed orders with the florist, either via the website, or in shop or over the telephone.
Marketing – Marketing is a list of both new and existing customers who have consented to recieving information related to products and services offered by the florist.
Funeral Directors – you can define local funeral directors which allows an east drop-down menu selection when completing a funeral order.
Drivers – Drivers are employee’s or sub-contractor staff who provide delivery of products sold by the florist. They don’t have access to the Floral Frog system.
Staff – This is a list of employee’s or sub-contractor staff who have accounts that can access the Floral Frog and FrogPOS system to carry out day-to-day business for the florist.
