When processing orders either via FrogPOS or Floral Frog, you need to be aware that there are limitations with regards to processing Payment Types. All payment types can be used if the order is being processed using FrogPOS. However, if you are processing an order using Floral Frog (Backend), then you cannot take Cash or PaymentSense.
If you process orders via the back-end and they are Cash or PaymentSense, then choose “To Pay” and finalise payment on FrogPOS. This is to avoid making duplicate payments in the Sales ledger
